Frequently asked questions about the invoice system
What does the invoice system cost?
That depends on your situation and needs. As part of the Premium package (from €699, one-time) you get website and invoice system at once. If you already have a website from us or elsewhere, we'll make a fair custom price agreement after a short conversation, one-time, without a mandatory subscription.
Can it be installed on my existing website?
In most cases yes. The system runs as its own environment alongside or under your current website. In a short conversation we assess your situation and give you immediate clarity.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. The system is designed for entrepreneurs, not for techies. We set everything up and explain it to you personally. Creating invoices is then a matter of filling in and sending.
Does it work with my accounting software?
Yes, we can optionally link the system to accounting software such as Exact or Moneybird. Your invoices then automatically flow into your administration.
How does paying via iDEAL work?
Payments run through Mollie, a Dutch payment provider. You create your own (free) Mollie account; the money goes directly to your account. Mollie charges a small amount per transaction that you settle directly with them, we have nothing to do with that.
Can I add features later?
Certainly. The system is modularly built: you choose the modules you need at installation (dashboard, product catalog, reminders, iDEAL, direct debit, digital signature). Adding a module later is always possible, we activate it for you and your existing data is preserved.
Can I try it first?
Certainly. At factuurdemo.webdesignerstudio.nl there is a live demo environment where you can freely click around.
Can my customers pay online?
Yes. Invoices contain a payment button with which customers can pay directly via iDEAL, creditcard or bank transfer. The system automatically registers the payment and marks the invoice as paid.
Can I automate recurring invoices?
Absolutely. For subscriptions, maintenance contracts or other recurring services you set up periodic invoices. The system generates and sends them automatically, including automatic direct debit via SEPA mandate if desired.
What if I want to switch or stop later?
You are not bound to a subscription. Your data always remains yours and can be exported at any time. We impose no contracts on you, the system is yours.
